Teen Arrested In The Waka Flocka Concert Shooting; Also Is Charged With Murder

A 17-year-old from Gary, Indiana faces multiple charges after being arrested in connection with a shooting after a Waka Flocka Flames concert at a local skating rink on March 5th.

Devontius Hutcherson, 17, was arrested and charged with multiple felonies for his role in the shooting last Friday.

He was also hit with murder and attempted murder charges for a separate shooting on January 19th in Miller, Indiana.

In that incident, Hutcherson allegedly shot and killed a 22-year-old and wounded the man’s cousin, after the two men refused to give Hutcherson $5 dollars to attend a rap concert.

Hutcherson then stole money and jewelry from both victims.

Police confiscated a rifle Hutcherson allegedly used in the March 5th shooting after the Waka Flocka Flames concert.

Hutcherson is being held without bail while police investigate the latest shooting and prepare to file more charges related to the incident.

Lil Wayne Can't Sign Autographs In Jail

Lil Wayne’s celebrity may have allowed the rapper some preferential treatment during his one-year stay at New York’s Rikers Island. But the multi-platinum platinum MC and Young Money head, who VIBE last exclusively reported has a jail escort with a panic button on his belt to call for backup in case of an attack, won’t be giving any autographs.

According to TMZ, the Correction Officer’s Benevolent Association says a no-autograph policy as been enacted during Weezy’s stay for a gun-possession conviction.

“Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in here,” disclosed a spokesperson.

As last reported by VIBE, every hour, Wayne will have the option to roam the quarters with his escort in tow, or be securely locked in his cell. His cell is 10-by-6 feet and like all sentenced inmates, he is required to wear a dark green work shirt, pants and slip on sneakers.

With good-behavior, Wayne could potentially see a release in eight months.

American Idol Contestant Larry Platt Sued Over "Pants On The Ground" Song

General Larry Platt, the American Idol contestant who received national attention for his song “Pants On The Ground”, is now facing backlash for his hit anthem.

General Platt recently recorded an official version of his homegrown theme song with the assistance of “This Is Why I'm Hot” rapper Mims.

According to distribution company American King Music, they funded the studio sessions and General Platt owes them money for “expenses related to producing, writing and recording of Mr. Platt's official recording of the single.”

Attorney Leron Rogers of Hewitt & Rogers released a statement on behalf of the distribution company saying,

“My client, American King Music, who funded Mr. Platt's recording session with Mims, would like to compensate Mr. Platt for the sales of the full-length hit song ‘Pants on the Ground' which we made available on iTunes. However, Mr. Platt and his representatives have failed to take care of Mr. Platt's obligations.”

As previously reported this is not the first time General Platt has faced controversy over his song.

“The Green Brothers” cried foul over the success of his song because it was too close to their musically inclined tune “Backpockets On The Floor.”

They have yet to take legal action against the General.

In a radio interview this week, Jess confessed that she doesn’t use proper hygiene when it comes to her pearly white. "I don't brush my teeth," she exclaimed. "No, really!"

So what exactly does Jessica do to fight germs and bad breath? "I just use Listerine -- and sometimes I'll use my sweater,” she said.

And Jessica’s poor habits don’t stop there! She was on a roll, talking about how badly she eats too! She said she’ll eat "anything fried.”

"Growing up in Texas for me, fish was a fish stick. We weren't really the healthiest of people. [My mom] didn't force me to eat healthy," Jess confessed.

According to the girl, she and Rocko have been getting it in for the past few months. She claims that she's been going all around

Atlanta with dude (restaurants, the studio, etc) and has been carrying
on a SEXUAL relationship for months. But it gets even worse, the JUMPOFF and

her girlfriends have gotten Monica's phone number and have begun

harassing her. One of this jumpoff friends reached out to
THE INTERNET to explain how they frequently call Monica - often
laughing on the phone and taunting her.

So what’s Monica’s response? We reached out to Monica about all this
drama and tried to get some comment or insight onto how she’s dealing
with all this. Neither Monica or her reps responded to our inquiry.

But The Website did manage to speak with one of Monica's friends
who told us, "Rocko and Monica have a great deal of respect for each
